OREANDA-NEWS  State Duma deputy Nikita Chaplin told RIA Novosti that two pension indexations are planned in Russia in 2026 and two more in 2027.

According to him, it is planned to carry out two pension indexations, by 4.5 percent from February 1 and 5.5 percent from April 1, and in 2027 — by 4 percent from February 1 and 4.1 percent from April 1.

Earlier it became known that State Duma Deputy Speaker Boris Chernyshov plans to re-introduce a bill on the annual payment of the 13th birthday pension to all categories of pensioners in 2025. In his opinion, the payment will allow the elderly to feel the attention of the authorities.
