The honorary award was presented to Vyacheslav Mildzikhov, Mayor of the capital of North Ossetia, by Igor Shchegolev, Plenipotentiary Representative of the President of the Russian Federation in the Central Federal District, and Stanislav Prokofiev, Rector of the Financial University.

It is noted that among the laureates of the award in the field of quality of life, Vladikavkaz is on a par with Moscow, Kazan, St. Petersburg and Sochi.
