OREANDA-NEWS  By the end of September 2024, the demand of Russian residents for real estate in Bali increased by 36 percent compared to the same period last year. 

Experts attribute the positive dynamics to the ongoing trend in the search for foreign objects for investment and comfortable living. Russians continue to consider Bali, where they can relax at any time of the year, as well as receive a stable income from renting out housing.

At the same time, the total demand for the current year was 5.6 percent lower than in 2023. The decline is caused by the economic situation and currency fluctuations.

It is noted that the most popular objects among Russians are villas — about half of the requests for real estate in Bali in 2024 were for this type of housing. Residents of Russia prefer facilities with a large plot, a swimming pool and ocean views. Apartments account for only 25 percent of the demand.

Earlier it was reported that Russians have lost interest in housing in Turkey. In 2024, the demand of citizens for real estate in this country reached a historic low.
