OREANDA-NEWS  A resident of Yalta, who transmitted to Ukraine data on the departure of the radar patrol and guidance aviation complex from Sochi, was sentenced to 14 years in a high-security colony for treason, the united press service of the courts of the Krasnodar Territory reported.

It is clarified that the Yalta resident, being an opponent of the SVO, in January, near the international airport in Sochi, "observed the departure of the radar patrol and guidance aircraft complex," and then transmitted information about the place and time of departure of the complex with the aim of its fire damage to the special services of Ukraine.

The hearings in the case were held behind closed doors. The Krasnodar Regional court found the man guilty of treason.

"The judicial board, having considered the case materials, found the defendant guilty, sentencing him to imprisonment for a period of 14 years, with restriction of liberty for a period of 1 year. The convicted person should serve his sentence in a high-security colony. The verdict has not entered into force," the message says.
