OREANDA-NEWS  Specialists of the Signal Research Institute (part of the Rostec High-Precision Complexes holding) continue to work on further improvement of the new generation Tablet-A artillery control complex. This was reported in the press service of the holding, RIA Novosti reports.

"Signal specialists continue to work on the next generation of artillery control systems, which are placed on an armored wheeled chassis. This increases the mobility of the complex and significantly reduces the deployment time of artillery units," the agency interlocutor said.

The holding noted that developers constantly receive information about the work of Tablets-A in the special operation zone, which makes it possible to refine and improve the product. They added that modern technologies of the complex allow it to be an effective link in the organization of counter-battery warfare.

"Tablet-A" processes the received data, calculates the firing settings and transmits them to the gun commanders for subsequent destruction of enemy firing positions as part of counter-battery warfare. The average time to determine the coordinates of the target and the control cycle is less than a minute.

Earlier in June, it became known that the "High-precision complexes" prematurely supplied the Ministry of Defense with a batch of control vehicles from the Tablet-A complex.
