OREANDA-NEWS  The Federal Assembly of Russia has prepared a draft appeal to the UN on Ukraine's violation of the article of the organization's Convention on the Rights of the Child. This is reported by RIA Novosti.

"The members of the Commission came to unequivocal conclusions that as a result of the criminal actions of the Kiev regime, a number of articles of the 1989 United Nations Convention on the Rights of the Child were violated, guaranteeing the right to life, freedom of conscience, thoughts, views, opinions and religious beliefs, education and the use of one's native language," the document says.
