OREANDA-NEWS  The Dnepr Group of Troops liberated the town of Rabodino in the Zaporizhzhia region, according to the Ministry of Defence of the Russian Federation.

The units of the Dnepr Group completely liberated Rabodino and defeated the personnel and equipment of the 65th Mechanized Brigade of the Armed Forces, the 121st Air Defence Brigade, and the 23rd National Guard Brigade in the areas around the towns of Malaya Tokmchak in Zaporizhzhia, Nikopol in Dnipropetrovsk, and Zolota Balka in Kherson.

The losses of the Ukrainian Armed Forces amount to up to 25 soldiers, two vehicles, and a 155mm M777 howitzer made in the United States, according to reports.Rabodino is a village located on the front lines in the Zaporozhye region. It has been presented by the Kiev authorities as one of the main achievements of the Ukrainian Armed Forces' counteroffensive that was launched last summer. To capture Rabodino, Ukraine brought into action brigades with Western training from a strategic reserve.
