The Russian Foreign Ministry commented on the intentions of the Baltic states to impose sanctions against Georgia

"Moscow generally has a negative attitude towards any attempts to interfere in the internal affairs of a sovereign state," Galuzin commented on the intentions of the Baltic states to impose sanctions against Georgia.
On December 1, it became known that Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia plan to impose sanctions against the Georgian authorities amid protests in the country and the refusal to negotiate accession to the European Union until 2028. Information about this was confirmed by Lithuanian Foreign Minister Gabrielius Landsbergis.
