OREANDA-NEWS  The consular department of the Russian Embassy in Libya held the first reception day, the diplomatic mission said.

"Today, the consular department of the Russian Embassy in Libya held its first reception day. Now, directly in Tripoli, visitors can receive the full range of services for issuing visas, foreign passports, civil registration, notarization, and legalization of documents. Citizenship issues are being considered," the embassy said in its Telegram channel.
