OREANDA-NEWS. The deputy director of department of health care of the Vladimir region Yuli Arsenin urged Russians to choose "young childbirth" instead of education. According to her, thus the woman has more chances to get healthy posterity.

"We, doctors, consider: the earlier the girl will give rise, the also her generation, and the better will be healthier for the woman. The earlier she will begin to give birth to children, the it is more than chances that she more them will give rise and that she in general will give rise" — Arsenina emphasized.

Arsenina also emphasized that mothers should not condemn daughters if those became pregnant at early age out of marriage. The official added that the child is a "gift which in life happens, maybe, once".
