The potential of negotiations at the exhibition in India has reached almost 1 billion rubles.

OREANDA-NEWS Russian companies with the support of the Russian Export Center (VEB Group.Russia) conducted 150 business negotiations during the Smart Cities India Expo 2025 exhibition, the potential of which is estimated at 928.4 million rubles, the center reports.
The exhibition was held from March 19th to 21st in New Delhi.
"A total of 14 companies from seven regions of Russia participated in Smart Cities India Expo under the national brand Made in Russia with the support of the REC. They presented advanced solutions for the development of urban infrastructure," the message says.
The companies discussed the possibilities of cooperation with more than 40 contractors from India. Among them are large developers, distributors and integrators of telematics solutions, organizations involved in the development of green energy, engineering companies implementing projects for the construction and modernization of wastewater treatment plants, as well as companies in the oil and gas sector, developers, representatives of infrastructure facilities in the field of water supply and water utilities.
Potential partners were particularly interested in water purification systems, charging stations for cars and systems for urban transport.
As a reminder, Russian exporters participating in foreign exhibitions and business missions are compensated by the REC for 100% of the cost of renting space for business events, as well as the cost of creating temporary infrastructure, information promotion, administration and organization of events. The REC also carries out a targeted search for potential partners for Russian companies and accompanies them at every stage.
The schedule of business missions and international exhibitions for 2025, in which exporters will be able to participate with the support of the REC, is available on the Events page on the My Export digital platform.
