The Poll Showed How Many Russians are Ready to Vaccinate for the Sake of Rest on the Black Sea Coast of the Krasnodar Territory
OREANDA-NEWS. Only three percent of Russians agree to get vaccinated against coronavirus for the sake of vacation at the resorts of the Krasnodar Territory, writes RBC, citing data from the Superjob service.
The survey involved 1.6 thousand residents of the country. According to the results of the study, 19 percent of respondents intend to be vaccinated regardless of the conditions imposed by regional authorities, 53 percent are not going to be vaccinated in any case. At the same time, back in May, every fifth Russian said that he would be vaccinated against COVID-19 if it was necessary to travel abroad.
Men were more supportive of vaccinations than women: four percent versus two. Women more often than men categorically deny the very possibility of vaccination - 56 percent versus 52.
Earlier, the head of Kuban, Veniamin Kondratyev, said that a negative PCR test or a document confirming vaccination is needed to check into hotels in the region from July 1, and from August 1, guests will be accepted only with a vaccination certificate.
After that, according to the head of the Association of Tour Operators of Russia Maya Lomidze, sales of tours to the Krasnodar Territory with arrival in July decreased by 30 percent, in August - by 80 percent.
The head of Rospotrebnadzor, Anna Popova, recommended that the authorities of the resort region also allow tourists who have had COVID-19 and those who cannot be vaccinated for medical reasons.
