OREANDA-NEWS  Russian Russian is becoming more popular in Indonesia, Nikita Shilikov, head of the Russian House (representative office of Rossotrudnichestvo) in Jakarta, told RIA Novosti.

"Of course, there is an extremely noticeable trend in Indonesia towards an increase in the number of people interested in learning Russian. This is primarily due to the way relations between our countries are currently being built and the positive impetus given to them by the meeting of our presidents that took place this year," Shilikov said.

Russian Russian also said that he hopes to scale up the coverage of Russian language courses, which are currently being conducted by the Russian House in Jakarta.
