In these specialties, the lowest staffing levels are observed, RIA Novosti reports, citing data from analysts of the recruiting platform hh.ru .

Experts noted that the index of active vacancies in the janitor profession is 0.9, and in the turner, milling, grinder specialties is 1. The shortage of doctors, cooks, bakers and confectioners, as well as sales consultants, as analysts noted, is at the same level. The index of active resumes per vacancy in these specialties is 1.2. The list of the most in-demand professions in Russia also includes store administrators, car mechanics and auto mechanics, pharmacists, pharmacists, as well as locksmiths and plumbers, real estate agents and merchandisers.

Of all the above-mentioned specialties, median salaries are above the 100 thousand rubles mark only for turners, millers, grinders (140.8 thousand per month), as well as real estate agents (146.9 thousand). Car mechanics and car mechanics came close to this mark (99.8 thousand). And the median salary of janitors, for comparison, now stands at 31.1 thousand rubles, analysts summarized.

Earlier, Anton Kotyakov, the head of the Ministry of Labor of the Russian Federation, said that engineering and working specialties have become the most in-demand professions in Russia. High personnel demand from domestic employers is also observed in the IT segment. As for the manufacturing sector, welders and operators of CNC (numerically controlled) machines are most actively looking for there. In the medium term, according to the minister, the structure of demanded professions in Russia will not change.
