OREANDA-NEWS  The Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MFA) of Moldova summoned the Russian Ambassador to the country Oleg Vasnetsov because of the words of the acting head of the Kherson region Vladimir Saldo about the bridge in the Moldovan settlement of Giurgiulesti. This is reported by RIA Novosti.

"Moldova strongly condemns the recent statements by the representative of the Russian Federation about the strike on the bridge in Giurgiulesti. Such statements are completely unacceptable," Igor Zakharov, adviser to the press service of the Moldovan Foreign Ministry, also said.

Earlier, Saldo visited the bridges shelled by Ukraine between the Kherson region and Crimea. In the video, he promised a retaliatory strike and mentioned a bridge in the village of Giurgiulesti.
