The Ministry of Health told about the evacuation of military commander Poddubny to Moscow

OREANDA-NEWS Military correspondent Yevgeny Poddubny is among those evacuated from the Kursk region to medical institutions in Moscow, his condition is serious but stable, said Alexei Kuznetsov, assistant to the head of the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation.
"Among the evacuees is journalist Yevgeny Poddubny. His condition is serious but stable. His life is out of danger," Kuznetsov told reporters.
On August 7, in the border area of the Kursk region, Poddubny's car was attacked by an AFU drone. The reporter was seriously injured, he was taken to the intensive care unit at the Kursk Regional Hospital, where they conducted all the necessary studies, prescribed a course of treatment and decided to transfer him to Moscow. Ambassador-at-Large of the Russian Foreign Ministry Rodion Miroshnik told RIA Novosti that the military commander could have been tracked down purposefully. The border town of Sudzha has been subjected to repeated massive shelling from Ukraine. According to Gerasimov, the losses of the Armed Forces of Ukraine amounted to 315 people, including at least 100 killed, as well as 54 armored vehicles, including seven tanks. Gerasimov noted that the operation in the Kursk region will be completed by defeating the enemy and reaching the state border.
