She stressed that the amount on which interim measures were imposed was disproportionate.

"To date, arrests have been made on companies that are not relevant to the case. These are other people and other people's companies," the blogger's representative clarified.

According to Salnikova, Blinovskaya paid 55 million rubles, but the money cannot be deposited to pay off the tax debt. "They cannot be credited to the payment of arrears. This is the main problem. Due to the absence of a decision of the tax authority setting the amount of arrears," she explained.

On August 9, it was reported that the Presnensky Court of Moscow imposed a new arrest on Blinovskaya's accounts. Four cars, a Harley-Davidson motorcycle, a snowmobile, a motorboat, a jet ski and seven trailers for passenger cars also fell under the restrictions.

Earlier, on July 21, the court extended Blinovskaya's house arrest until October 26 at the request of the prosecution.

Blinovskaya's funds in the amount of more than 100 million rubles were also arrested. We are talking about 50 accounts of the defendant in different banks, as well as more than 46 million rubles, $ 292 thousand, 125.5 thousand yuan.
