The Kremlin Commented on the Possibility of Fighting Against Russophobia Abroad

OREANDA-NEWS. Press Secretary of the President of Russia Dmitry Peskov commented on the possibility of fighting against Russophobia abroad.
He noted that there are few opportunities for this due to the growing hysteria.
“Very few measures are possible because international law does not actually work. Hysteria," Peskov explained.
He noted that the Kremlin hopes for the restoration of relations with Europe.
“I would like to hope that the growing hysteria will not continue, which does not allow the Europeans to make sober decisions. Now for those Russians who live abroad, very difficult times have come, ”summed up Peskov.
Earlier in Sweden, kefir was removed from stores due to associations of its packaging with Russia.
Because of the surge of Russophobia in the West, restaurants of Russian cuisine are suffering - even if only the name connects them with Russia. In the United States, establishments are trying to distance themselves from the Russian Federation - for example, they designate their dishes not as Russian, but as Eastern European. At the same time, employees of many restaurants who receive threats by phone are actually Ukrainians.
