Peskov told reporters when asked if the Kremlin had any comment on Navalny's hunger strike that he had no comment on this.

“We have human rights organizations, we have public organizations that monitor the state of affairs in the FSIN institutions. They formulate questions, formulate proposals and, in contact with the authorities, they are engaged in negotiating these proposals, which they formulate.
