OREANDA-NEWS  The Director General of the International Atomic Energy Agency, Rafael Grossi, will visit Russia on April 5, Mikhail Ulyanov, Russia's permanent representative to international organizations in Vienna, told Rossiya 24 TV channel.

"The other day, the day after tomorrow, there will be his next meeting with the Russian interdepartmental delegation on the territory of Russia",— said Mr. Ulyanov (quoted by Interfax).

The parties will discuss the situation at the Zaporozhye NPP. According to the Russian diplomat, the head of the IAEA has no "special comments" on operational safety at the station.

"The CEO has no special problems with us, we are having a constructive and professional conversation on this topic," Mr. Ulyanov added.

On March 29, Rafael Grossi visited the Zaporozhye NPP. Mr. Gross expressed skepticism about the safety around the facility, after which he said that the IAEA was developing a new concept for the protection of the NPP.
