"Despite a number of unfavorable climatic conditions, the volume of food wheat this year amounted to 32.5 million tons (77.1%), which is 5.7% higher than in the same period in 2023," the ministry said in a statement.

This year, the state grain monitoring is carried out in 55 regions for soft wheat and in 15 regions for durum wheat.
