Among Russia's long-term allies, Galuzin listed Belarus within the framework of the Union State, as well as the countries of the Eurasian Economic Union (EAEU) and the Collective Security Treaty Organization (CSTO).

In addition to Russia, the EAEU includes Armenia, Belarus, Kazakhstan and Kyrgyzstan. All the above-mentioned countries, as well as Tajikistan, are members of the CSTO.
