OREANDA-NEWS  The Russian military destroyed the first Abrams tank used by the Armed Forces of Ukraine in the special operation zone in the Avdiivka area, Yan Gagin, adviser to the head of the DPR Denis Pushilin, told RIA Novosti.

"Our military reported the destruction of the first Abrams in the Avdiivka area. Perhaps this is the car that was shown to the APU in a propaganda video, before the liberation of Avdiivka. At that time, the car was taken care of and was not taken to the line of contact," the agency interlocutor said.

The adviser to Pushilin added that any foreign equipment is vulnerable and new arms supplies to Kiev will share the fate of the previous ones — they will be used to melt down and rebuild the cities of Donbass.
