A source in the Ministry of emergency situations previously told news agencies that there was explosion in the building number 5 on the Boundary channel. It did not cause a fire and destructive consequences, however, for safety reasons, more than 100 people in the building were evacuated.

"In the building there was, previously, an accidental explosion of a signal rocket. One person was injured moderately" the source said. There are no destruction and fire in the building. The glazing is also not broken.
