OREANDA-NEWS The European Court of Justice in Luxembourg has decided to annul EU sanctions against Russian businessman Pavel Ezubov and daughter of the head of Transneft Maya Tokareva, which were imposed by the EU Council due to the conflict in Ukraine, a TASS correspondent reports.

According to the judge, the court annulled the decisions of the EU Council on the imposition of sanctions against Ezubov and ruled that each side must pay its own expenses. In the case of Tokareva, the court not only annulled the EU sanctions, but also instructed the EU Council to pay the plaintiff's expenses.
