OREANDA-NEWS Acting Deputy Governor of Sevastopol Yevgeny Gorlov was detained for accepting a bribe. This is reported by the Telegram channel "State of Emergency / Sevastopol".

According to him, the official was detained at the workplace while receiving a bribe — he was offered six million rubles. The purpose of the bribe is not specified. Employees of the Federal Security Service (FSB) of Russia work in Gorlov's office and house.

Gorlov also headed the Department of Urban Economy. Earlier in the evening on August 6, the governor of Sevastopol, Mikhail Razvozhaev, fired Gorlov. "It is a pity that there are those who still have not understood that any manifestation of corruption at any level will be punished," he said.

Earlier, the head of Crimea, Sergei Aksenov, said that the Minister of Emergency Situations of the republic, Sergei Sadakliev, decided to resign. "I had a meeting with the Minister of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Crimea Sergey Nikolaevich Sadakliev," the head of the Russian region wrote. According to him, after the conversation Sadakliev decided to resign on his own. The Minister of Transport of Crimea, Nikolai Lukashenko, also resigned.
