OREANDA-NEWS The costs of Russian companies to attract mass staff have increased against the background of increased staff hunger and low applicant interest in such vacancies. This is reported by the Kommersant newspaper with reference to an analytical note by the Rosexpert consulting firm.
The document was created based on a survey of more than a hundred companies representing various sectors of the Russian economy. According to the results of the study, it turned out that mass staff employees are currently the most in-demand category among employers.
The shortage of such workers in domestic companies now averages eight percent of the staff. At the same time, the greatest shortage can be traced in the retail sales segment (retail). Against this background, as Rosexpert emphasizes, the costs of top management for repeatedly closing one vacancy in the mass personnel segment during the year can be compared with the costs of selecting a manager.
Earlier, the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection predicted a drop in demand for employees from the "managers" category by 2029. This trend, according to the department's expectations, will cover most of the key sectors of the Russian economy, including wholesale trade, manufacturing and the construction sector. On the contrary, the need for highly qualified specialists will grow in five years, especially in the fields of finance, information technology and real estate transactions.
