OREANDA-NEWS The Center for Innovation and Import substitution with areas for receiving goods, assembling products, administrative offices and research facilities will be built in TiNAO under the program to stimulate the creation of jobs, said Vladislav Ovchinsky, Minister of the Government of Moscow, head of the Department of Investment and Industrial Policy.
The area of the center, consisting of 20 three-storey sections, will exceed 14 thousand square meters, the site for it is allocated in the settlement of Voskresenskoye. The developer is the Airplane Group. The city authorities have concluded a corresponding agreement with her within the framework of this program.
According to Ovchinsky, it is expected that up to 230 new jobs will be created in the center.
"High-tech companies in the electronics, mechanical engineering and light industry sectors, as well as IT companies, will be able to rent premises there. It is planned to put the facility into operation in the first quarter of 2025," the press service of the Diplomatic Mission quoted him as saying.
The program to stimulate the creation of jobs has been in effect since 2020 in order to ensure the integrated development of the districts of the capital. Within its framework, industrial, business, logistics buildings, science and education facilities, healthcare, sports and culture, hotels, shopping malls and other multifunctional facilities are being built.
Under the terms of the program, investors can count on a benefit from the city when changing the type of permitted use of a residential construction site, if, simultaneously with the construction of residential complexes, they are ready to create commercial and social facilities where jobs are created.
If the developer undertakes to reduce the construction time of the facility by 6-12 months, the benefit increases by 5%, from one year – by 10%. Applications for participation are accepted through the online service on the Moscow Investment Portal.
Earlier, Moscow Mayor Sergei Sobyanin said that during the implementation of the program, the city has concluded more than 70 agreements with investors, under which 3 million square meters of real estate and about 120 thousand jobs will appear in the capital. He noted that one ruble of benefits received by investors accounts for 5.5 rubles of private investments.
