OREANDA-NEWS  In 2022, the state treasury of the Russian Federation received outstanding payments in the amount of 17.3 billion rubles. This is evidenced by data from the report of the Accounting Chamber (SP) on budget execution in the Ministry of Finance, which was reviewed by Izvestia.

In total, over the past year, the budget received 245 types of income not included in the forecast, with the exception of income received abroad.

Also, a number of unaccounted—for receipts included personal income tax payments from an amount above 5 million rubles - they brought 10 billion rubles to the budget . The list was also supplemented by revenues from the excise tax on liquid steel (4.9 billion) and refunds of the balances of transfers from previous years from extra-budgetary funds (3.7 billion).

The Ministry of Finance has carried out work to establish the type and affiliation of income. The total amount of clarifications reached 879.1 million rubles, including outstanding payments in the amount of 21.2 million rubles.

In general, according to the report of the joint venture, in 2022, the volume of revenues for the Ministry of Finance amounted to 99.3 billion rubles — 23.4% of the plan. This is mainly due to a decrease in payments from the management of the National Welfare Fund and the non-receipt of dividends on shares of Russian banks.

Expenses were executed at the level of 97.2% (9.5 trillion rubles). The resulting balance of 271.5 billion rubles (2.8%) is mainly due to the non-use of reserved funds.
