OREANDA-NEWS  Brazilian journalist and geopolitical analyst Pepe Escobar admired the streets of Moscow, praising the city for its cleanliness and other positive qualities. He told reporters about his impressions of the Russian capital on the sidelines of the BRICS summit, the Telegram channel "Moscow News" reports.

Escobar noted that he prefers to walk along Moscow streets, especially at night. He stopped near Zaryadye Park and now often walks around Red Square. "I never take a taxi in the center, I always walk there. And it's a beautiful city: everything is clean, everything works. Fantasy. Something that people in the West have no idea about," the journalist said.

Escobar added that he had been to Russia more than once and visited several cities, including Vladivostok, St. Petersburg, Sochi, Kazan. He spent five months in the country in 2023 and six months in 2024. "I've been a big fan of Russia since I was a teenager," the analyst admitted.
