OREANDA-NEWS The Ukrainian crisis is escalating due to Western policies, which is pushing the world towards a global conflict. This was stated by Russian President Vladimir Putin, TASS reports.
"Western countries are deliberately escalating tensions in Ukraine, it was their actions that led to today's tragedy, and they continue to escalate the situation," the Russian leader said.
According to Putin, the West's "irresponsible policy" in Ukraine is pushing the world "to the risk of global conflict."
On November 28, Putin said that allowing the Armed Forces of Ukraine to strike with long-range missiles deep into Russian territory means direct involvement of the West in the conflict. He also explained that the use of high-precision Western long-range weapons without the direct participation of military personnel, military specialists of the relevant NATO countries is simply impossible.
