OREANDA-NEWS The All-Russian Center for the Study of Public Opinion conducted a study that showed which companies, according to Russians, are the best employers in the country.

The leaders of the rating based on the survey results were Gazprom (40 percent of respondents), Russian Railways (23 percent), Rosneft (18 percent), Sberbank (14 percent), Lukoil and Aeroflot ( 12 percent).

The most significant criterion determining the choice of applicants was the size of wages - 4.69 points out of 5 maximum. Respondents also mentioned the observance of safety standards during the organization of the work process (4.57), a favorable psychological climate (4.52) and the possibility of realizing their knowledge and skills at the workplace (4.50), TASS reports citing the results of the VTsIOM survey.

Earlier, a survey of recruiters showed that, most often, when selecting candidates for filling vacant posts, employers are dissatisfied with the lack of required qualifications.
