OREANDA-NEWS The Russian military on duty stopped an air strike by the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU). This was stated by the Russian Defense Ministry in Telegram.

As specified in the department, from 12:25 to 12:45 Moscow time, air defense systems shot down two unmanned aerial vehicles of an airplane type in the Belgorod region. Information about the area of drone destruction and possible consequences on the ground is not disclosed.

Earlier, the Ministry of Defense reported that on the night of November 18, the air defense system intercepted 59 Ukrainian drones over Russia. Two of them were destroyed over the Moscow region, 45 over the Bryansk region, six over Kursk, three over Belgorod and three more over Tula.
