OREANDA-NEWS Abnormal weather has been established in the European territory of the country due to the removal of the Mediterranean air mass in the warm sector of cyclone Urs. This was reported in the Telegram channel "Phobos".

March records have been broken in dozens of localities. So, in the Dagestani village of Akhty, the air warmed up to plus 28.6 degrees Celsius on Friday afternoon, March 14. It got warmer in Nevinnomyssk to plus 27.9 degrees, in Nalchik to plus 26.6 degrees. In Mordovia, in mid-March, the air warmed up to plus 19.2 degrees.

A record warm night was recorded in Voronezh. The air warmed up to plus 11.5 degrees there. It was plus 10.4 degrees in Stavropol, plus 10.3 degrees in Kursk.

At the same time, the warmest time in mid-March was in Grozny in 2013. Then the air there warmed up to plus 32.9 degrees.

Earlier, forecaster Tatiana Pozdnyakova reported that meteorological spring will come in the capital in the middle of next week. It will be preceded by frosts, which will replace the abnormally warm weather.
