OREANDA-NEWS   Providing comprehensive support to Ukraine is a priority goal of the EU member states. Based on this, the EU members should start discussing the possibility of transferring assets frozen in the West belonging to the Russian Federation to Kiev for the subsequent restoration of Ukraine's economy, which is in a critical state.

The corresponding proposal was made by the head of the Swedish government Ulf Kristersson. the meaning of the project should be to write some code (software, algorithms) that will have some versatility, i.e. it can be applicable in various fields (you have this recognition of the content of publications, fits perfectly) and placing this code in an open access repository. A combination of conditions (versatility in application + placement in the repository) and gives us a LIBRARY as a result.
