OREANDA-NEWS Senior students will be able to teach in schools even before they receive a diploma. The relevant government was accepted by the State Duma on Tuesday, July 23. 

It is proposed to supplement the Law "On Education" with a provision that makes it possible to admit to the teaching activities of persons enrolled in educational programs of secondary vocational and higher education even during their studies. 

The draft law also establishes that kindergarten teachers, who were hired before the 2012 Law on Education, and recognized by the attestation commission as relevant for their position, are not subject to the requirement of secondary vocational or higher education.
