OREANDA-NEWS. State Duma Speaker Vyacheslav Volodin said that US President Joe Biden should be impeached by the US Congress. This was reported in the Telegram channel of the Russian politician.

According to the Russian politician, weapons supplied to Ukraine from the United States ended up in the hands of the neo-Nazis of the Azov battalion.

“Weapons sent to Kiev today end up with neo-Nazi battalions, including Azov. This is grounds for Biden's impeachment. He broke the law,” Volodin specified.

Another State Duma deputy drew attention to the fact that in 2017 the US Congress passed a law on appropriations to the Pentagon. This project "prohibited the financing of the activities of the Azov battalion, while calling it a neo-Nazi organization."

Earlier it was reported that the Russian Armed Forces destroyed the ideologist of the Azov regiment Kravchenko in Mariupol. Nikolai Kravchenko, the ideologue of a separate special forces detachment "Azov" (the organization is banned in Russia), with the call sign "Kruk" (translated from Ukrainian as "Raven"), was destroyed during a special operation of the Russian armed forces in Ukraine in Mariupol, the Baza Telegram channel reports.

According to the publication, such statements were made by friends of Kravchenko, as well as the founder and former commander of the unit, Andrei Biletsky.

Mykola "Kruk" Kravchenko took part in the creation of the Kharkiv nationalist group "Patriots of Ukraine", whose members took part in the confrontation in Kharkiv in 2014 and armed attacks on local residents.

Later, he took part in the hostilities in the Donbass, where he played the role of the main ideologist of the Azov unit and nationalist groups associated with it.
