OREANDA-NEWS Searches are being carried out in the house of the husband of the founder of Wildberries, Vladislav Bakalchuk, RIA Novosti reports, citing law enforcement agencies.

Earlier, the investigator's request for an urgent search of Bakalchuk's place of residence was submitted to the Moscow court. Law enforcement agencies have asked to issue a sanction for an urgent investigative event. Vladislav Bakalchuk was detained the day before, on September 19, after a shootout at the Wildberries office. The businessman's detention was reported by RBC sources, and later his lawyers confirmed the detention. He was charged under Article 105 part 2 (murder) Criminal Code; Part 3 of Article 30, Part 1 of Article 105 of the Criminal Code (attempted murder); Article 317 of the Criminal Code (attempted murder of a law enforcement officer) and art. 330 of the Criminal Code (arbitrariness), the lawyers said.

The businessman was detained after a conflict with a shootout at the entrance to the Wildberries office on September 18. The conflict occurred in the Romanov Dvor business center in the center of Moscow.

Bakalchuk stated that he planned to hold talks with the management of RVB, the combined marketplace company and outdoor advertising operator Russ. The head of the company, Tatyana Bakalchuk, said that "no meetings with Vladislav were planned."

RVB reported that the fire was opened by people who accompanied Vladislav Bakalchuk. Seven people were injured and two died during the conflict.
