OREANDA-NEWS  Russians massively needed repairs — the majority of citizens (89 percent of respondents) admitted that their housing needs to be rebuilt. Such data is provided by the NAFI analytical center in its research, writes RBC.

Researchers surveyed 1,000 people across the country and found that four percent of them rate the condition of their homes as poor and requiring urgent repairs to all premises and communications. One in ten (10 percent) is not satisfied with the quality of real estate and believes that only the main premises and communications need to be redone.

About 40 percent of respondents are satisfied with the condition of the house or apartment, but admitted that they would like to make cosmetic repairs. A little more than a third of respondents (35 percent) consider the condition of their real estate to be good, but some premises could use a little remodeling. Only 11 percent of Russians said that their housing is in excellent condition and does not require any repairs.

Earlier, Russians were told how to prepare an apartment for rent. First of all, it is worth checking the wiring and making sure that the electrical panel is in good working order. You also need to pay attention to the condition of the plumbing, the tightness of the doors and make cosmetic repairs.
