Russians are not Satisfied With Their Salary
OREANDA-NEWS About 20% of Russians are not satisfied with the level of their wages, 30% - with the social package. This is stated in the study conducted by the service to find work and employees Rabota.ru.
"Most of all, our compatriots are not satisfied with the social package and non-material bonuses (30%) offered by employers. In second place was the salary (19%) - almost one in five Russians are not satisfied with this factor," the study notes.
As for the positive aspects, the Russians are most satisfied with their work schedule (43%). The stability of the company was in second place with a small margin (40%). The Russians were also very pleased with the location of the place of work, this option was allocated by 36% of respondents.
In the survey Rabota.ru took part 4 thousand economically active Russians over 18 years, who currently have a permanent job. The following factors were evaluated: staff, management, salary, working conditions, work schedule, stability of the company, convenience of location, social package and non-material bonuses for employees, compliance of the position with your actual duties. The survey was conducted between January 31 - February 6, 2019.
If we compare the level of average monthly income in 2018 with salaries in Russia in 2019, it can be noted that the average salary in Russia over the past year increased by 12%. But it should be borne in mind that the increase in wages in Russia in 2019, occurred exclusively in the national currency.
Yesterday was reported that the majority of Russians — 62% — do not believe that it is possible to conduct honest business in Russia, 34% of respondents hold the opposite opinion. Since 2007, the Russians have become more optimistic: then these figures were 69 and 21%, respectively.
