OREANDA-NEWS. The coronavirus vaccine trial will begin on June 29. This was announced by Russian Deputy Prime Minister for Social Policy, Labour, Health and Pension Provision, Tatyana Golikova at a meeting of the President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin with the members of the government, which was held remotely. Golikova added that 60 volunteers will take part in the work. According to her, eight medicines are currently being tested for the treatment of coronavirus infection. Reliable information on them will appear by April 10.

The Vice Prime Minister also said that scientists had developed a test system to detect antibodies to a new coronavirus infection in blood serum. It will be registered approximately by April 10–15.
