Russian teenagers detained for beating a man

OREANDA-NEWS Two teenagers were detained in Primorsky Krai for beating a man, and a criminal case of hooliganism was opened against them.
On July 6, two minors born in 2008 attacked a passerby born in 1971 for a far-fetched reason. A friend of teenagers filmed the beating of a man, later a video appeared on social networks showing how a schoolboy strikes a man, who staggers, falls into the bushes. Then, together, the teenagers beat the man lying on the ground.
A criminal case has been opened against them under Article 213 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation ("Hooliganism committed by a group of persons using violence"). The victim was drunk, RIA Novosti said. The issue of choosing a preventive measure for teenagers is being resolved.
The Prosecutor's Office has launched an investigation into officials from the bodies for the prevention of neglect.
On July 4, it was reported that in the Perm Region, teenage girls beat up a nine-year-old boy near a shopping center in Dobryanka.
