Representatives of the city prosecutor's office organized an investigation into the incident, and Rospotrebnadzor employees began an epidemiological investigation. In total, 31 children from Chita school No. 50 stood in the guard of honor.

A spokesman for the local education committee, Gesar Radnaev, said that all the injured children received medical care, but none of them needed hospitalization. Now the condition of all those poisoned is assessed as satisfactory.

The Med Taste Consulting company, which supplied meals to schoolchildren, announced that the same dishes had been sent to Chita medical institutions, and there were no complaints about the quality of products from there.

Earlier it was reported that in Tuva, 18 children were hospitalized with symptoms of acute intestinal infection.
