OREANDA-NEWS. In the fall of 2019, the Transmashholding Russian group (TMX) will hand over the first reserved seats and compartments with showers, sockets, refrigerators and microwaves to the Russian Railways holding, and the first trains will be formed from them, Alexander Loshmanov, deputy director general for the development of passenger transport of Transmashholding, told reporters.

 FPK and Tver Carriage Works (part of TMH) signed a contract worth 237 billion rubles for the supply of 3,730 passenger cars for seven years.  According to the contract, in 2019 the FPK will receive 525 cars, including 48 cars of the new lineup.

 The first compartment cars - in September, reserved seats - in October, staff cars - in November, ”added Alexander Loshmanov.
