Russian Railways Plans to Build a New Office for 72 Billion Rubles

According to them, the project was called "RZD-city". To build a new office building with a total area of 450 thousand square meters (more than two towers "Federation" in "Moscow city") want to cargo yard near Riga station. It will cost 72 billion rubles. Russian Railways themselves are going to invest at least 10% of their own funds in the construction, the rest of the monopoly money will attract developers and banks, says one of the interlocutors.
Moving to a single office, explained close to Russian Railways interlocutors, will allow the Corporation to reduce operating costs, improve communication between departments.
