OREANDA-NEWS Baku and Yerevan are dissatisfied with the activities of the European Union (EU) mission to resolve the conflict in Armenia. Russian Presidential aide Yuri Ushakov commented on the work of Brussels diplomats, RIA Novosti reports.

The assistant to the Russian leader noted that the attempts of the European Union to participate in the settlement of the conflict cause dissatisfaction among the parties to the negotiation process. "The activity of the EU mission in Armenia is also not welcome. I want to say that this mission is growing, unfortunately," Ushakov said.

He added that the number of Brussels diplomats in Armenia has increased from 138 to 210, and, according to him, the number of the mission is planned to increase to 600 people.

Earlier it became known that Russian President Vladimir Putin will hold separate meetings with Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev and Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan. The Russian leader will meet with his Azerbaijani and Armenian counterparts separately.
