According to their information, at least a dozen accused of attempted illegal sale of narcotic drugs on a large scale are now being held in Mozhaisk SIZO-4. Some of the defendants have already been convicted, but have not yet been transferred to the colony, criminal cases against others are now being considered by the city court of Vidnoye.

Drug addicts bought doses of substances on the darknet for personal use. After they took the bookmark at the agreed place, employees of the drug control department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia in the Leninsky City District based in Vidnoye appeared. During a personal search or at the detainees' homes, not one gram of the drug purchased on the darknet was found, but from several tens of grams to half a kilogram, which threatened punishment up to 20 years in prison.
