Russian Foreign Intelligence Service Chief Reported of the Arrival of Terrorists in Nagorno-Karabakh
OREANDA-NEWS. Fighters from various terrorist organizations rushed to the conflict zone in Nagorno-Karabakh. This was stated on October 6 by the Director of the Foreign Intelligence Service of Russia, Sergey Naryshkin.
According to him, mercenaries from international terrorist organizations fighting in the Middle East are actively arriving in Transcaucasia. There are members of the terrorist organizations Jabhat al-Nusra, Firqat al-Hamza, Sultan Murad, and extremist Kurdish groups among them. As Naryshkin noted, thousands of radicals intend to make money on a new war.
Moscow is concerned that Transcaucasia may become a new springboard for international terrorist organizations. In the future, the militants can infiltrate into states adjacent to Azerbaijan and Armenia, including the Russian Federation, the head of the Foreign Intelligence Service explained.
