OREANDA-NEWS  Manufacturers of agricultural products from Russia will receive new opportunities from the state to promote in the Chinese market, the Russian Export Center (VEB.RF Group) reports.

"The Russian Export Center (REC, VEB Group.Russia) is expanding the network of Russian national pavilions with domestic food products by opening a new pavilion promotion point in Shenzhen, Guangdong Province. The opening ceremony took place on November 15," the message reads.

It was attended by representatives of the REC, the Ministry of Agriculture of Russia, the government of Guangdong Province, as well as Russian and Chinese entrepreneurs.

Guangdong is the leader in terms of the number of inhabitants and economic development among the provinces of the People's Republic of China. In turn, Shenzhen is one of the most dynamically developing Chinese cities, a major industrial, financial and transport center, which opens up significant prospects for Russian exporters.

"The site of the pavilion in Shenzhen is not a temporary exhibition of goods, but a constantly working point of attraction for both residents of the city and distributors, representatives of hypermarkets and chain stores, HoReCa, food production and e-commerce, who will be able to get acquainted with Russian products here, negotiate and agree on their supplies at competitive prices," - Alexey Solodov, Vice President of the REC, shared this information.

A demonstration and tasting area has been opened on an area of 1200 square meters in the building of one of the largest shopping centers in Shenzhen, where visitors can taste a variety of food and drinks, as well as the national Made in Russia store, where everyone can buy Russian products.

Companies that have presented their products in Shenzhen will also receive support in finding partners and buyers, in promoting and organizing sales in local large supermarkets and chain stores, on marketplaces and through other channels.
