OREANDA-NEWS  Sochi has become the main domestic resort for wealthy Russians, analysts at the Urban Award noted. 

Due to the increase in the cost of foreign holidays and sanctions restrictions, Russians began to travel more actively to Sochi, as well as invest in real estate, including tourist, said Olga Khasanova, founder and CEO of Urban projects.
